Australia teachers mission

During the Australian summer vacation, educators from schools Australia-wide participate in the KKL-JNF Educators Study Tour, a 10 day visit to Israel for the purpose of strengthening their connection to the land and building a relationship between the educational systems of Israel and Australia.
Between 1-10 January 2019, a delegation of 67 educators from Australia and New Zealand embarked on the 2019 KKL-JNF Educators Study Tour to Israel, in order to strengthen their connection to the country and build a relationship between the educational systems of Israel and Australia.

For 10 days, the delegation visited Jewish and Zionist heritage sites and the latest innovations in ecological education. They also visited KKL-JNF projects, including those supported by JNF Australia, and learned about KKL-JNF's involvement in the development of the State of Israel.

The tour was initiated and organized by KKL-JNF Education Division’s Overseas Department.
