The visit carried particular resonance, conveying a message of resilience, continuity, and commitment to Jewish education.

The Philippine Ambassador to Israel, Aileen S. Mendiola, paid a special visit yesterday (Monday) to the Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) Eshtaol Forest, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between the two countries.

The first board meeting of the new KKL-JNF Board of Directors was held last week. The Board of Directors was chosen at the end of a process that is held once every 5 years, which began with the elections for the Zionist Congress.
