
Activities include: a "Forest Adventures Festival", which will take place in 12 forests throughout Israel, family happenings, spring tours, arts and crafts workshops, photography competitions and additional diverse activities for the entire family. Participants will also take part in a lottery where they can win vacations in KKL-JNF's field and forest centers.
"How do you know when spring has arrived? By looking all around you" (Datia Ben Dor). Pesach, which is also called the holiday of the spring, in just around the corner. The combination of the traditional holiday, a vacation from the daily routine, coming out of all the lockdowns and the warm and pleasant spring weather leads many people and families to look for special and unique attractions and activities all over Israel. Every year, KKL-JNF invites the general public to visit its forests and participate in various activities and attractions for children of all ages, throughout the country, which connect our children to the forest, the holiday and the state of Israel. All the activities are in accordance with the Corona directives and are free of cost!
Forest Adventures Festival
KKL-JNF invites families to the Forest Adventures Festival, an innovative and unique festival that will take place in KKL-JNF forests throughout the country. The event will take place by means of the "Havayar" application. You are invited to discover the quiz questions between the flowers and the trees, to decipher codes, to meet fascinating characters, to take and upload pictures, to learn how to keep the forest clean on the way, to stop for an enchanted spring picnic and towards the end, to make it to the endpoint and receive a digital "Protector of the Forest" certificate. Each family will receive a game kit that includes a navigations map, a picnic map with activities, a garbage bag and a bandana. At the conclusion of the adventure, each family will be invited to leave their contact info in order to participate in a lottery in which three families will win vacations at KKL-JNF field and forest centers.

March 30-31, April 1, Tuesday – Thursday, from 10:00 – 17:00 (each family will play at their own convenience, there will be no large assemblies, the duration of the game is about one and a half hours)

Art and Protecting Nature Tours – Fun for Families and Children
KKL-JNF invites you to visit and get to know its forests, and also to embrace and give love back to them by helping to keep the forests clean. At the end of the activity, visitors will enjoy shared experiences such as art and crafts workshops using materials from nature, landscape drawings, a performance and more.
