Description: Three roofed observation decks from which Tiberias looks as if you could hold it in your hand. The scenic lookout also faces Zfat, Mount Hermon and the Golan Heights. Below the scenic lookout is Mount Berenice– a hill that rises above Tiberias on which there are ruins of a monastery and of the Byzantine city wall of Tiberias.
