Location: Mount Gilboa
Description: The most prominent peak of the Gilboa ridge and therefore an exceptionally beautiful viewing point with views of the Mount Gilboa cliff, Harod Valley, Beit Shean Valley and the eastern Lower Galilee. Short paths have been built on Mount Shaul. The mountain is used as a launching point for paragliders. Near the scenic lookout is a camping site, one of a chain of such sites prepared by KKL-JNF on Mount Gilboa.
