Location: Upper Galilee.
Description: A spectacular observation point overlooking Kadesh Valley, the Golan Heights and Mount Hermon. The site tells the story of the severe battle for Malkiya in the War of Independence. Malkiya changed hands twice during the War of Independence and was only recaptured after the third attack. There is an audio station at the observation deck explaining the battles. The path to the observation deck passes next to the monuments commemorating the soldiers who fell in the battles in Malkiya. KKL-JNF helped to build the scenic lookout, which is maintained by the kibbutz.
Directions: At the entrance to Kibbutz Malkiya, turn right immediately to reach the parking lot leading to the scenic lookout.
