Location: Kiryat Tivon
Description: HaShomrim Park is a well-kept garden shaded by high pine trees interspersed with Mount Tabor oak trees and common oak trees. There is a playground in the middle of the park. There are two scenic lookouts on the eastern edge of the park – the small Kfir Lookout (Mitzpe Kfir) named after Esther and Matityahu Kfir and next to it the Barak Lookout (Mitzpe Barak), named after Barak
Bodniuk
. The spectacular scenery of the Jezreel Valley, Mount Gilboa, Givat Hamoreh, the Nazareth Mountains and Alonim Hills can be seen from the observation plaza of the Barak scenic lookout. An illustrative panel shows the names of the villages and sites visible from here.
Directions: HaShomrim Park is in HaShomrim Street, Kiryat Tivon.
