KKL-JNF, in collaboration with The Ministry of Defense and the Drainage Authority, built the asphalt road and laid paved passages of the water pipes. Its routine function is that of tourist attraction and a passage for agriculture crops.
In emergencies, the road used for quick transfer of people, animals and supplies to and from the area.
