The need for the development of a peripheral road to the Yemin Orde Youth Village arouse after the Carmel Mountain fire of 2010. The road is about 1 kilometer long and 12 meter wide. The road serves as a rift and protection from fires and is also used to protect the young village residents. The new road significantly decreased vehicle movement on inner roads, and it is also used as a walking trail around the village.
The project included building an asphalt road and pavements, supporting walls, a parking lot, as well as electricity and lighting works.
