In Kidmat Tzvi on the Golan Heights, about 75 acres of ground were prepared for agriculture, as part of a special budget assigned by KKL-JNF for the expansion of towns at the Golan Regional Council. In order to expand agricultural job opportunities for new residents, KKL-JNF performs ground preparation in a joint venture with the Ministry of Agriculture. Ground preparation involves finding a proper ground, the removal of rocks and other harmful elements from the ground, and setting up main waterline and a fence.
