"Forest" – Journal of Forestry, Woodlands and Environment

Forest, issued by KKL-JNF, has been published since the turn of the twentieth century. During its first decade, it was the only platform in Israel publishing professional articles on plant ecology, woodlands and forestry.

Upon the release of the eleventh volume, KKL-JNF began partnering in the publication of the "Ecology and Environment" journal. "Forestry" was no longer a sole platform for discussing forest-related issues and the future of the journal as an independent publication was uncertain. Almost three years later, the twelfth volume came to be and was the first to be issued exclusively in an on-line format.
