As we enter the second decade of the 21st Century, humanity is facing an increasing number of national and international environmental challenges. In order to learn about these challenges and share the tools of tackling them, the greenXchange initiative for Young Leadership offers Israeli and German young professionals a unique opportunity to get to know their countries correspondingly from an ecological perspective.

In its 3rd year greenXchange wishes to add new members to the existing group and to establish a long term operative plan where the members can bring their skills and knowledge to create concrete environmental projects. greenXchange offers a professional seminar in Israel in which 24 participants from both countries will be offered a first-hand view of ecological challenges, environmental protection, prosperous green technologies and political initiatives.

The seminar will be followed by a workshop joined by the greenXchange alumni from previous years who will also partially participate during the actual seminar-days. Each member of greenxchange is encouraged to participate in two seminars: one in Israel and one in a European country. The 4th annual seminar (2014) is planned to take place in Germany or one of the Nordic countries (TBD). For additional information, please visit
