The Zionist Leadership Academy (ZLA)

The Zionist Leadership Academy (ZLA) is a joint initiative led by Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael-Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) and the World Zionist Organization (WZO), borne from the awareness of the importance of promoting future Zionist leadership, and new generations of supporters of the Zionist enterprise from around the world.
The purpose of this program is to develop and empower a select group of young leaders hailing from Jewish communities around the world, who are committed to the wellbeing of the State of Israel and the Jewish people in general, and to raising funds for KKL-JNF in particular.

ZLA members take part in an action-packed, meaningful program that includes lectures and workshops of the highest calibre, led by Nobel Prize Laureates, statesmen, public officials, politicians, diplomats, senior members of the KKL-JNF leadership, Zionist activists and leaders, and other influential figures.
The program is organized around 5 core topics: Diplomacy and Hasbara; Zionism, Judaism and Israeli Current Affairs; Leadership Training; Fundraising and Philanthropic Initiatives; and Ecology, Environment and Climate Change.

We run one cycle of the ZLA program each year. This year, 2024, will be our third. The program includes bi-weekly Zoom meetings over 10 months, and two global in-person conferences.
