In what has become an annual tradition, KKL-JNF will be distributing trees for Christmas and New Year’s Day (Novy God) to the general public, churches, monasteries, embassies and the foreign press stationed in Israel.
This year, distribution will take place in the northern region only, until the supply is runs out.
Here is all relevant information regarding this year’s tree distribution:
Cost:
80 NIS per tree
When?
Distribution will take place on Thursday, December 13, from 08:00 – 17:00.
Where?
Distribution will take place at the Shfaram tree nursery, which is located on Highway 781 between the A’ablin junction and the Gilam interchange, at the western entrance to Shfaram.

Tree distribution for Christmas and Novy God is an important contribution of KKL-JNF towards maintaining the texture of life in the state of Israel and serves as an example of good relations with all the country’s different religions. In addition, distribution reduces illegal tree felling and allows members of the general public to enjoy a beautiful tree for the holiday.
