The Philippine Ambassador to Israel, Aileen S. Mendiola, paid a special visit yesterday (Monday) to the Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF) Eshtaol Forest, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen ties between the two countries.

The first almond trees of the season have been spotted blooming earlier than usual this year in the Sataf and Jerusalem Hills area, according to Dudu Morad, Manager of the Sataf Park in Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund’s (KKL-JNF) Central District.

The people of the Hannaton Educational Center cut the ribbon this week on the new pre-military preparatory school campus, which was established in cooperation with Keren Kayemet LeIsrael – Jewish National Fund.
