COP 17 Conference in 2011
COP 17 was held in Durban, South Africa, with KKL-JNF's delegation joining official representatives from the ministries of Environmental Protection, Foreign Affairs and Industry, Trade and Labor.

| Together with KKL-JNF South Africa personnel, the delegation presented throughout the duration of the conference an information booth. In addition, KKL-JNF held a side event where senior KKL-JNF professionals Itzik Moshe and David Brand presented a lecture titled: Modifying Afforestation Practices in Adaptation to Climate Change. Other activities included several events held with the South African Jewish community. A special interfaith prayer service was hosted by KKL-JNF in celebration of Global Prayer Day.
