Do something special for Israel and nourish your soul. Experience the magic of planting a tree in Israel from anywhere in the world and leave a lasting green legacy that will enrich Israel's environment for generations to come.

Yes, I Want to Plant a Tree in Israel!

How does it work?

It’s easy. Simply click on the link below, which will direct you to an online form in which you will enter your details, and specify the number of trees you want to plant ($36 USD per tree). A friendly KKL-JNF representative will contact you to arrange a date and plan your ceremony.

What’s a tree-planting ceremony?

This is the ceremonial planting of your donated tree/s at a KKL-JNF planting center in central Israel or northern Israel. Upon arrival at the planting center, you and your invited guests will be greeted by a KKL-JNF ranger, and together, you will read any dedications, poems or songs of your choosing. You will then recite the Planters Prayer, and plant the tree/s with your own hands.

What if I’m not in Israel?

No problem! The ceremony will take place with you and your invitees’ active participation on Zoom. A KKL-JNF ranger will plant the tree on your behalf, with you following along in real time.

About our Planting Centers

Ben Shemen Planting Center

Golani Planting Center

Our Golani Planting Center is situated east of the Golani Junction in the lower Galilee, right next to Lavi Forest. Minimum donation required: 50 trees

Meet Your Hosts

Danny Saguy, Ben Shemen Planting Ranger
“Cheers. My name is Danny, and it is my pleasure to be with you at this great moment of planting a tree in the land of Israel. I will guide and assist you through the planting process. Strengthen your connection to the land and be part of this grand idea. See you soon!”

David Kidron, Golani Planting Center Manager
“My role is akin to pastoral care in nature; we embark on an emotional process of connecting with the earth and giving to it something deep from within ourselves. I tell participants about the trees they’re about to plant, and they plant with intent and devotion.”
